Asher's New Trick

Yesterday, Asher showed us a new trick of his. We're not sure why he decided to do it on that day, but maybe it was because he saw other babies doing it earlier in the day and he got inspired. We were fortunate enough to get the first time captured on video and Karyne and Jon were there to witness as well!

No Teeth, Yet

Nope, Asher doesn't have any teeth yet (but that doesn't stop Mommy from checking his mouth every day!), but he sure likes to chomp on his new toy--and just about anything else he can get his hands on. He also drools quite a bit, so we keep thinking that something's gonna poke through any time, now, but we hear that it could still be months away!

A Whole New World

Asher has now experienced his exersaucer, and what a new world it is to him! He's still a little wobbly in it, so he can't stay in it for too long, but he sure loves to look at and touch all the things that surround him when he's in it!

4 Months Old

Here's Asher at 4 months old (okay, so this picture was one day late). We weren't at home, but Mommy still found a place to sit Asher down for a photo shoot! We found out at the Dr's office about a week later that Asher is 15 lbs, 3 oz, and 26 1/2 inches long. Still a big boy, but his weight gain has definitely slowed down some.

What a Sweetie.

Just had to include this one, because Asher is just so sweet! (Incidentally, the sweatshirt that he's wearing in this picture once belonged to his Daddy!)

The Whole Corbett Family

And here's the whole family! But at the rate this family grows and changes, it won't look like this for long!

Cousins!

At Christmas, Asher finally got to meet all of his cousins on the Corbett side of the family. Everyone was so happy to meet him, and vice versa. He's the littlest one in the picture, but he won't be the smallest one for long (another cousin is on the way and due to arrive in late May/early June!). And he still has 2 cousins to meet on the Frandsen side of the family! We're all looking forward to seeing them in March!

Oh, no! What went wrong? All attention is on the one throwing the tantrum.
